There are two people that run this shop, Coco and Saint! Coco Is behind all the art that you see while Saint is in charge of communication and shipping! If your talking to someone about the shop, it is more then likely Saint! She will relay all information to Coco!
Q: How long will it take my item to ship?
- I do my best to ship out within the week, the exception being preorder or custom items! Those can take about a month to get to me depending! Always feel free to contact me!
- More then likely yes! But please feel free to conact me to make sure!
- I can only offer refunds if the items have not yet shipped out or in case of defect!
- Yes, Coco does! Please read the listing for such very very closely and contact Saint accordingly!
- First make sure that you've peeled off the protective plastic layer that is on top of the acrylic! If that doesn't solve it, contact Saint and she'll get you taken care of either with a refund or a replacement!
